Senior Corporate Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Senior Corporate Account Manager to join our team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing high-value corporate clients, growing revenue, and building strong, long-lasting relationships.

About the Role

This role is perfect for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for client success and business development. As a Senior Corporate Account Manager, you will:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key corporate accounts, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop strategies to increase business opportunities with existing accounts and identify new revenue streams.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive corporate accounts to the next level of engagement and satisfaction.
  • Account Strategy: Create tailored account plans and actionable strategies to drive revenue growth and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify client needs and implement solutions that add value and drive mutual success.
  • Communication: Provide clear, consistent, and professional communication at all levels of the organization.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance and report progress to stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Degrees 4+ years experience or equivalent combination: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Client-Focused: Passion for building strong, long-term relationships and a track record of success in corporate account management.
  • ** sales experience (B2B Preferred)**: Proven success in sales, preferably B2B corporate environments.
  • Analytical: Ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and internal performance data to drive business decisions.
  • Collaborative Skills: Willingness to work closely with multiple teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Driven: Highly motivated, tenacious, and committed to achieving results.
  • Excellent Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and ideal proficiency in the local language.

Qualifications

Job Title: CAREGiver

Location: On-site visits to client homes

Working Hours: Part-time, minimum of 1 hour per visit


About the Role

Our CAREGivers provide non-medical personal care and meaningful companionship, tailored to the unique needs of each client. The primary goal is to preserve independence, maintain quality of life, and help clients retain their dignity and sense of well-being.


What You Will Do:

  • Developing close, trusting relationships with clients by engaging in mutual interests and hobbies.
  • Providing personalised support which could include errands, light housekeeping, physical activity, or conversation.
  • Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, meal prep, and light household tasks.
  • Administering simple and regular activities as requested or outlined in the approved care plan, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Offering encouragement, emotional support, and friendly companionship to reduce isolation and enhance overall quality of life.
  • Supporting clients safely and comfortably along with following COVID-19 and sanitary guidelines. This involves practicing correct personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
