Home Instead Caregiver Position – Non-Medical Care & Companionship

Job Description
Caregiver (CAREGiver) – Non-Medical Care & Companionship
You’ll have the incredible chance to transform lives through trust-building relationships, companionship, and reliable support. Our varyied role includes:
- Personal care support – Assisting older adults with daily activities in the comfort of their own home.
- Administration of non-medical medications – Ensuring clients safely complete their treatment regimens.
- Meaningful companionship – Engaging clients in conversations, hobbies, and activities to enhance well-being.
- Promoting safety and independence while fostering a warm, personal connection.
- Flexibility to train, develop skills (including NVQ Level 1, 2, and 3 in Health & Social Care) without extensive upfront qualifications.

Qualifications & Requirements
✅ No prior experience or formal qualifications are required. ✅ Training: You will receive Home Instead’s world-class CAREGiver program. ✅ Personal qualities:
- A passion for caring for the vulnerable and older generation.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Reliability, trustworthiness, and respect for personal boundaries.
- Enjoyment in building positive relationships and comfort with spending intimate time with clients.

Additional Information
COVID-19 & PPE: You will be required to strictly follow company guidelines, including safe footwear, mask-wearing, and hand hygiene practices.
Ideal Candidate:
- Seeking part-time work with a commitment to regular hours.
- Willing to travel to clients’ homes on a scheduled basis.
