Position: Community Care Assistant - Chippenham
Salary:
£13.12–£14.17 per hour. Plus £1.00 per hour enhancement for all hours worked from 4:00 pm Friday to 10:00 pm Sunday

We're looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Community Care Workers to join our growing team, supporting customers across Chippenham, Calne and the surrounding areas.

About the Role
As a Community Care Worker, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred care that enables people to remain independent in their own homes.
Every day is different, but your responsibilities may include:
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Supporting customers with medication
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Assisting with mobility and daily living activities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping with light household duties
- Supporting customers to attend appointments or access their local community
- Completing accurate electronic care records using our mobile care system

Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle
Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential. If you have the right values and a genuine desire to help others, we'll provide full paid training to help you build a rewarding career in care.
