CareGiver Position – Home Instead

Our CAREGivers are matched with clients based on shared interests and hobbies, fostering trust and personalised care. All services are backed by award-winning training and a minimum visit duration of one hour, allowing flexible, high-quality support.


Job Description

As a CAREGiver with Home Instead, you’ll:

  • Visit clients in their homes to deliver personalised support, including:
    • Companionship and social engagement
    • Non-medical personal care assistance
    • Medication reminders ( Training provided for safety)
  • Build trusting relationships through tailored interaction aligned with each client’s passions and routines.
  • Work at a relaxed pace, with one-hour minimum visits, allowing for thorough, thoughtful care.

✅ No prior experience or formal qualifications required – Home Instead provides industry-leading training.

  • Respectfulness and warmth – comfortable in sociable environments.
  • Licensed to work in the UK (if applicable).

Requirements

  • Ability to visit clients in their own homes regularly.
  • Commitment to part-time working hours with flexibility.
  • Willingness to follow COVID-19 safety guidelines including PPE policies.
