Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Care Professional, your role is profoundly impactful:
- Perform personal care assistance (e.g., bathing, mobility support, dressing).
- Administer medication under supervision, ensuring clients adhere to schedules.
- Offer companionship, fostering friendships and mental engagement through activities, conversations, and shared interests.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social engagements.
- Support daily routines—cooking simple meals, tidying, or light housework (if required).

Requirements & Qualities
No formal qualifications are a prerequisite—but you must meet these criteria:

- Reliability & trustworthiness: Critical for safe, consistent care.
- Passion for supporting seniors: Desire to help and a respectful, patient attitude.
- Legal eligibility: (UK residency + work rights).
Ideal candidates also:
- Hold a full driving licence and access to their own personal vehicle (essential for client visits).
Additional Notes
- COVID-19 responsibility: Strict adherence to company guidelines and PPE practices is non-negotiable.
- Hours: This role is best suited for part-time commitments with regular availability.
