Care Professional Role – Home Instead Senior Care

UK-Base Full- or Part-Time Opportunity

Company Description

Home Instead Senior Care is the world’s leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people. Backed by award-winning training, an outstanding reputation, and daily commitment to compassionate care, we deliver personalised support to clients across the UK.

Our Caregivers work one-on-one with clients—visiting their homes to offer companionship, personal care, medication management, and essential daily support. Our mission: to build strong bonds through shared interests and hobbies, ensuring trust and personalised care.

Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Care Professional, your role is profoundly impactful:

  • Perform personal care assistance (e.g., bathing, mobility support, dressing).
  • Administer medication under supervision, ensuring clients adhere to schedules.
  • Offer companionship, fostering friendships and mental engagement through activities, conversations, and shared interests.
  • Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social engagements.
  • Support daily routines—cooking simple meals, tidying, or light housework (if required).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
