Company Description Please read the job description carefully Essential Requirements: Your own car, availability on alternate weekends & a Right to work in the UK Salary: £13.15 - £13.65 plus paid travel and wait time Shift Pattern: Mornings - 08:15 - 14:15 and/or Evenings: 16:30 - 22:30 Available hours: Evenings & Weekends Location: Pocklington & surrounding areas Contract Type: Zero (during probation period) 16 or 25 Guaranteed Hour contact (after probation period completed) Home Instead Pocklington & Brough provide support to people in the local community to enable them to remain happy and independent in their own homes for as long as possible. With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused homecare. You will support our clients by: Companionship - everything from a chat over a cup of tea to playing a game of scrabble Accompaniment - to appointments or a spot of shopping Meal preparation - a sandwich, or a home cooked meal Light housekeeping - a run around with the hoover or a spot of dusting Personal Care - because it's important to us all Qualifications If you are compassionate, empathetic, and want to to provide high quality care that really makes a difference, we would love to hear from you!
