Caregiver Role - Homecare Assistant (Home Instead)

Are you able to travel to visit clients in their own homes to carry out a variety of duties including personal care, administering medication, and companionship?

Job Description
Each CAREGiver is carefully selected to suit our clients’ personality, interests, and needs. You will help enrich the lives of our amazing clients by assisting them to live safely and happily in their own homes. You will provide a range of services, from meaningful companionship to non-medical personal care, all tailored to individual clients.

At Home Instead, we have a minimum one-hour visit duration, meaning our CAREGivers are not rushed. Instead, you’ll have the flexibility to provide Person-Centered Care with optimal time for genuine connection and support.
Qualifications
- No formal experience or specific qualifications are required to become a CAREGiver; industry-leading training will be provided.
- Essential traits include:
- A passion for supporting others and delivering outstanding service
- Reliability, trustworthiness, and respect
- Enjoyment of building professional bonds and a comfort with spending quality time with clients
