Job Description
Each CAREiver is carefully selected to align with our clients’ personalities, interests, and needs. Your role will be to enrich their lives by helping them live safely and happily in their own homes.

You will provide a range of services, including:
- Meaningful companionship
- Non-medical personal care
- Tailored support to meet each client’s unique requirements
Home Instead enforces a minimum one-hour visit window, ensuring you have enough time to deliver person-centred care without haste. This commitment to quality time allows you to build genuine connections with your clients.
Qualifications
No prior experience or specific qualifications are required to become a CAREiver—we provide industry-leading training.

- Take pride in delivering outstanding service
- Are reliable, trustworthy, and respectful
- Enjoy building professional friendships and are comfortable spending time with others
