About the Role
Are you able to travel to visit clients in their own homes to carry out personal care, administer medication, and provide companionship?
You’ll join Home Instead, the world’s leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people. We ensure clients receive personalised support based on mutual interests and hobbies, fostering trust and happiness in their own homes.
Each CAREGiver is matched carefully based on a client’s personality, interests, and needs.
Responsibilities
Your one-hour minimum visits allow you to provide ** culto-centred excellence** in a relaxed environment. Key tasks include:
- Meaningful companionship – social interaction and emotional support
- Non-medical personal care – assistance with daily activities (tailored to individual needs)
- Administrating medication – (where required)
- Building trust through shared hobbies and conversation

No prior experience or formal qualifications are needed – we provide industry-leading training.

Additional Information
- Mandatory adherence to COVID-19 safety guidelines and PPE practices
- Follows criteria match-ups for home care visits
- Ideal for a part-time role with regular commitments
- Small training period, high-quality Education (NVQ Level 1, 2, and 3 in Health & Social Care offered post-employment)
