About the Role
Are you able to travel to visit clients in their homes to carry out a variety of duties, including personal care, administering medication, and companionship?

Core Responsibilities
- Assist older adults to live safely and happily in their own homes
- Provide meaningful companionship and non-medical personal care
- Tailor services to each client’s unique needs
- Build trust and friendship with clients over visits
- Ensure a person-centred care approach, taking your time to deliver exceptional support
