Home Instead Care Professional Location: Pocklington & Brough Salary: £13.15 – £13.65 per hour Hours: Contracts available up to 30 hours per week | Paid travel time & mileage

Working Pattern
Flexible patterns available:
- Shift times:
- Morning: 8:15am – 2:15 pm
- Evening: 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- Frequency: 3 or 4 weekdays per week
- Weekends: Alternate Saturdays and Sundays
Note: Regularity and reliability are critical—consistency benefits both our clients and team.
Job Description: What Does the Role Involve?
As a Home Instead Care Professional, you will help older adults stay safe, happy, and independent in their own homes. Duties may include:
- Companionship
- Personal care
- Meal preparation
- Medication assistance
- Shopping and errands
- Supporting community access
- Maintaining dignity and independence

Requirements

Essential:
- Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Kind, compassionate, and committed attitude
- Reliability and strong work ethic
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for supporting older adults
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
