You will be working for the high growth womenswear brand Sisters & Seekers within a creative and visionary team, all striving towards taking the brand to the next level. We are based near Chester but have a global reach with customers all over the world.
We are looking for an ambitious, driven and passionate individual who is looking to develop their career in a dynamic and expanding team at Seekers HQ.

About The Role
We’re looking for friendly, caring and professional individuals to join us as Community Care Representatives, supporting our team during our busy peak period.
This is a flexible opportunity that could suit students, people looking for seasonal work or someone looking to gain experience in a busy fashion environment.
Flexibility is key. When applying, we’d love you to let us know which days of the week you’re available to work and how many hours you’re able to support us, so we can understand how you could best fit into our team during peak.
Weekend availability will be particularly valuable during our peak period.

The initial opportunity is expected to run from October to February, with the possibility of an extension or permanent opportunities depending on business needs and individual circumstances.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via, email and other channels.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service.

If shortlisted, you will be invited to a open interview event where shortlisted candidates will participate in practical tasks and group exercises.
