About the Role
As a Community Care Worker at LifeCome Care Limited, you will deliver high-quality, person-centered care directly in service users' homes. You will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life within their local community.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist service users with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility).
- Administer or prompt medication according to care plans.
- Support with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and shopping.
- Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.
- Complete accurate care logs and report any health or safety changes.

Requirements
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient nature.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to travel across the local area (a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is good to have).
- Relevant NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care is desirable, but full training will be provided.
