What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support clients in their own homes with tasks such as:
- Personal care and medication reminders
- Preparing meals and light household help
- Providing companionship and reassurance
Pay & Benefits
Pay Rates
- 8AM–2PM shifts – £12.71 per hour
- 4PM–10PM shifts – £12.88 per hour
Additional Pay
- 45p per mile (higher than many local providers)
- Paid travel time, not just contact time
- Enhanced Pay - Time and a half on public holidays - Double pay on Christmas Day & New Year’s Day
