Help create safe, clean and welcoming communities

At Cartrefi Conwy, we believe everyone deserves to feel proud of where they live. We’re looking for a Community Caretaker to help maintain our neighbourhoods, communal areas and housing complexes, ensuring customers can enjoy clean, safe and well-cared-for environments.

As a visible presence within our communities, you’ll play an important role in supporting residents, carrying out inspections, maintaining communal spaces, reporting repairs and helping to keep our neighbourhoods looking their best.

What you’ll be doing

  • Carrying out cleaning and maintenance of communal areas, refuse stores and surrounding environments.
  • Undertaking visual inspections to identify repairs, health and safety concerns and fire safety issues.
  • Completing fire alarm testing and fire risk inspections.
  • Supporting the upkeep of communal gardens and outdoor spaces.
  • Monitoring and reporting anti-social behaviour, fly tipping and environmental concerns.
  • Working closely with residents, colleagues and partner organisations.
  • Using digital systems to record inspections, tasks and service information.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
