Community Children's Nursing Team Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our friendly and progressive community children’s nursing team. The post sits in a well-established CCN team that delivers acute, continuing and complex health care within an integrated child health team. This challenging and rewarding role offers the opportunity to meet the needs of children, young people and their families within a multidisciplinary inter agency team framework.

Role Requirements
We are looking for an enthusiastic forward-thinking paediatric nurse with community and paediatric experience. You will be a highly motivated independent practitioner with sound evidence-based skills. The post holder will be expected to maintain a caseload of children and provide specialist advice, education, and support to healthcare professionals and patients. You will be responsible for contributing to the on-going service development of paediatric epilepsy services across the footprint of Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
