Community Clinics Coordinator
Circle Integrated Care - South West Hertfordshire
37.5 Hours & Permanent
Salary: £24,947.00 per year

We have an opportunity for a Community Clinic Coordinator to join their team of staff.
This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties Of This Role Include
- Support Circle Integrated Care clinicians by guiding patients through their clinical journey across multiple community clinic and hub locations.
- Provide a welcoming, professional and patient-focused service to all patients attending clinics.
- Coordinate the day-to-day running of community clinic sessions, ensuring clinics are prepared and operationally ready.
- Upload clinical documentation and patient information accurately into electronic patient record (EPR) systems.
- Adhere to all Circle Health Group policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Support audit activities under the direction of Clinical Leads and operational managers.
- Build positive working relationships with patients, clinicians, administrative colleagues and external stakeholders.

Applicants Should Meet The Following Criteria
- Experience working in a clinical support, Healthcare Assistant (HCA), Physiotherapy Assistant, Clinical Assistant or similar healthcare role.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a caring, compassionate and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work methodically.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Competence using Microsoft Office applications and electronic patient record systems.
- Understanding of clinical environments and patient care processes.
- Awareness of infection prevention and control requirements.
- Awareness of safeguarding responsibilities and equality legislation.
- Commitment to patient safety, service quality and professional development.
- Candidates must hold a valid driving licence due to travelling between satellite clinics.
