About the Role
As our Community Connection Co-ordinator, you will inspire faith communities and churches across the South West to get involved. You will lead our volunteer network from start to finish, bringing creative ideas to attract, train, and support passionate people. Our volunteers are the absolute cornerstone of this life-changing work.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage Communities: Network with churches and faith groups to promote volunteering.
- Manage Volunteers: Oversee recruitment, induction, training, and retention.
- Training: Be able to plan and deliver a structured programme of modular and refresher training to the volunteer team.
- Build Safe Spaces: Identify and cultivate welcoming community networks for our clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Chaplains and other staff to map out local volunteer opportunities.
