Community Connections Manager (maternity cover)
Salary: £31,000 to £35,000 pro rata
Contract Type: Temporary, 28th October 2026 - 8th October 2027
The Edinburgh International Festival is looking for an experienced, passionate, and dedicated Community Connections Manager to join the team. We want you to help us deliver this unparalleled celebration of the performing arts, which brings some of the most exciting and creative artists working today to audiences from around the world.

Job Specification
The Role:
- To develop and manage the Festival’s core programme of community engagement.
- Building long-term, impactful connections and relationships with organisations and communities across Edinburgh that meaningfully connect the Festival to people in their local spaces.
- To create and deliver projects and participation opportunities for young people to meaningfully connect the Festival, develop skills, creativity, and curiosity.
