Community Coordinator – Part-Time, Remote
£15 per hour | 3–4 hours per week initially | Fully remote | Flexible hours
We’re looking for a warm, organised and proactive Community Coordinator to help keep the UK WGC community connected, organised and thriving.
This is a flexible, part-time role for someone who loves connecting with people, supporting women and making things happen. You’ll play an important part in looking after our community, responding to members, coordinating our hub activity and helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes. The role is fully remote and designed to work flexibly around family life and existing commitments.
What you’ll be doing
As our Community Coordinator, you’ll help with the day-to-day running of the UK WGC community.

- Helping manage our Facebook community
- Chatting with members and responding to questions and enquiries
- Managing and updating our hub schedules
- Supporting with some social media content
- Helping coordinate community activity and communications
- Providing general organisational and administrative support behind the scenes
About you
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, building relationships and contributing to something that's making a difference.
We're looking for a friendly, approachable and organised person who is comfortable working independently and communicating with members through social and email platforms.
You don’t need to tick every box or come from one particular professional background. What matters most is that you’re a people person, you communicate well and you have strong organisational skills. An enthusiasm for supporting women in sports is important to us.

Role details
- Fully remote
- 3–4 hours per week initially
- Flexible working, designed to fit around family life and existing commitments
- £15 per hour to start
- Initial two-month contract (October & November)
- Flexible start date
- Potential for longer-term contract - Although the initial commitment is 3–4 hours per week, we’re looking for someone who can really become part of the UK WGC community, with the potential for the role to grow over time.
