Our Community Data Administrator
Our Community Data Administrator will be responsible for the quality, coverage, depth, and development of Cogora’s HCP community. The role will ensure we have a high-quality, accurate, comprehensive, current, relevant, and growing audience that meets the needs of the business and our clients.
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000.
They will develop a detailed understanding of Cogora’s HCP data and the wider addressable HCP market, identifying where we have strong coverage, where gaps exist, and what actions we can take to address them. They will use first- and third-party data, market intelligence, and behavioural and engagement data to understand the composition and health of our community and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
This is a highly analytical role for someone who loves working with data, numbers, and solving problems. They will interrogate datasets, spot patterns and anomalies, assess data quality and freshness, identify gaps, and translate findings into clear actions.
Working closely with teams across Cogora, they will help source and evaluate new data, improve HCP profiling and segmentation, strengthen our understanding of audience engagement, and ensure our HCP community becomes increasingly accurate, complete, current, and commercially valuable.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Quality:
- Take ownership of the overall health of Cogora’s HCP database, including accuracy, completeness, recency, duplication, consistency, consent, and compliance.
- Establish clear definitions and standards for data quality and regularly measure the database against them, including agreed definitions for active HCPs, inactive HCPs, dormant records, complete profiles, and verified HCPs.
- Identify data quality issues and work with relevant teams to implement solutions and continually improve the reliability of our data.
Data Coverage:
- Build a detailed understanding of Cogora’s coverage of the HCP market and identify gaps by profession, specialty, geography, seniority, and other relevant characteristics.
- Develop clear, data-led plans to address priority audience gaps and measure the impact of actions taken.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious and genuinely enjoys working with data. You’ll have a highly analytical mind, an exceptional eye for detail, and a tendency to ask ‘why’ and ‘what does this tell us?’ rather than simply accepting the numbers at face value. You’ll enjoy getting into the detail of datasets, spotting patterns and inconsistencies, and solving problems. You’ll be organised, methodical, and comfortable working with large volumes of data, but equally able to step back and see the bigger picture.
Most importantly, you’ll be someone who lives and breathes data – excited by numbers, curious about what they can tell us, and always looking for ways to make our data better and more current.
