Community Director

Trade Mastermind & Valente Consulting
Peterborough | Full-Time

Location: Peterborough

Salary: £75,000 to £80,000

Role Type: Permanent (Office Based)

Build One of the UK's Most Engaged Entrepreneurial Communities

Trade Mastermind and Valente Consulting are on a mission to become the home of ambitious entrepreneurs. As we continue to grow, we're investing heavily in a new headquarters designed to bring business owners together to learn, network, collaborate, and succeed. With event spaces, networking areas, podcast studios, co-working facilities, and a members' gym, we're creating far more than a training business—we're building a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem.

We're now looking for an exceptional Community Director to bring that vision to life.

About the Role

This is a strategic leadership position responsible for creating an outstanding member experience across Trade Mastermind and Valente Consulting. You'll lead the development of a community that people genuinely want to be part of—one that drives engagement, strengthens relationships, increases retention, and creates advocates for the business. From member onboarding and networking experiences to events, partnerships, ambassador programmes, and community culture, you'll own every aspect of the customer journey beyond the education itself.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
