About the Role
Location: Telford & Surrounding Areas Salary: Up to £30,000 (DOE) Job Type: Full Time (Monday–Friday: 9am–5pm)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and highly relational Community Engagement Lead to help grow Home Instead across Telford and the surrounding areas.
This is not a desk-based sales role. Instead, it’s about:
- Getting out into the community
- Building trusted partnerships
- Supporting local families in discovering high-quality care
As our Community Engagement Lead, you’ll be the visible representative of Home Instead, embodying our values while fostering connections with:
- Healthcare professionals
- Community groups and charities
- Local businesses

What You’ll Be Doing
Your role will include:
- Building strong, long-term relationships with local professionals and community organisations
- Engaging at networking events, community groups, and local activities
- Delivering presentations and talks about our personal care and support services
- Identifying opportunities to grow awareness of Home Instead
- Developing new partnerships across the local area
- Supporting business growth through community engagement
- Tracking leads and maintaining partnership activity records
What We’re Looking For
Technical & Relationship Skills
- A confident, friendly, and approachable communicator
- Experience in sales, business development, marketing, networking, or community engagement
- Self-motivated, organised, and proactive
- A passionate drive to make a positive impact in the community
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- A warm, relatable personality who enjoys building trusted connections
