With successfully already growing two offices in Telford, the Community Engagement Lead will play a key role in launching and growing Home Instead’s presence across their new territory in South Shropshire.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and nurture relationships with local healthcare professionals, community groups, charities, and businesses. • Identify and attend local events, expos, and networking groups to promote Home Instead’s brand and services. • Implement a territory specific business development plan aligned with Home Instead’s growth objectives. • Represent the business at community events, delivering presentations or talks where appropriate. • Monitor and report on networking outcomes, client leads, and partnerships established. Qualifications Person Specification
• Proven experience in sales and networking • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, outgoing personality. • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
