As Community Engagement Manager, you'll work at the heart of conversations that influence education across the UK. You'll connect with teachers, learners, employers, FE and sector leaders, helping ensure their experiences and insights inform the decisions that shape qualifications, skills and future opportunities. Whether you're developing new partnerships, leading youth voice initiatives or bringing together stakeholders around shared challenges, your work will help AQA stay informed, connected and responsive to the communities we serve.

- Career development and professional growth in a leading education charity
- Hybrid working and flexibility to support work-life balance
- Comprehensive benefits including Bupa Health Insurance, Health Care Cash Plan, Life Assurance and an Electric Vehicle Leasing scheme, generous combined pension contributions up to 18.5% and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and extra closure days at Christmas

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
