Community Engagement and Marketing Partner - Wychbold
Annual Salary: FTE £30k - £35k + benefits
12 month Fixed term / Part-time - 21 hours a week
Rashwood Care Home - with regular travel around the local community

We are looking for a Community Engagement and Marketing Partner to strengthen the connection between our care home and the local community, with a focus on increasing the interest in new admissions to the home.
About The Role
We have a dedicated and well-trained Head Office team supporting an excellent standard of person-centred care for our residents. As a Community Engagement and Marketing Partner joining our diverse team who are proud of the difference we make to our residents you will:
- Work closely with the home manager and marketing team to implement strategies to increase occupancy, including:
- Identifying and engaging with potential referral sources such as hospitals, hospices, and rehabilitation centres.
- Organising networking events, presentations, and information sessions for local healthcare professionals.
- Conducting community outreach and presentations to educate the public on the benefits of our homes.
- Tracking and following up on enquiries from prospective residents and their families, ensuring they receive timely information and a welcoming introduction to our services.
- Coordinating tours of the home and facilitating trial stays to encourage potential residents to experience life at Rashwood Care Home.
- Build and maintain strong links with community groups, local businesses, schools, and volunteers to enhance activities for residents.
- Develop resources and guides for the local teams to support them to manage and drive enquiries directly.
- Establish relationships with health and social care professionals, local authorities, and GP practices to raise awareness of our care services.
- Organise and promote events, open days, and community engagement initiatives to showcase our homes.
- Act as a key point of contact for families and relatives in advance of admission and following respite stays, ensuring open and ongoing communication.
- Working with the homes’ activities teams, develop partnerships to bring external activities and entertainment into the homes.
