Sullivan & Stanley is not a traditional consulting firm. We are intentionally building something different. We are a company of relationship builders, consultants and entrepreneurs who believe that how work gets done matters just as much as what gets delivered. We exist to challenge ineffective change and outdated consulting models, replacing them with approaches that are human, pragmatic and built for the realities of modern organisations.

Culture at S&S is something we take seriously. Not as a certification, but as a daily practice. We are committed to creating an environment where people are trusted, supported and encouraged to bring their full selves to work, balancing high standards with humanity, care and accountability.

We are deeply mission driven. We want to change business for good, so that the next generation, including our founder Pat Lynes’ sons, Sullivan and Stanley, who the company is named after, inherit organisations that are healthier, fairer and better equipped for the future.

As we grow, we are pioneering a Service-as-a-Software approach to consulting, blending community, capability, technology and delivery at scale. This is an opportunity to join a firm in its next phase of growth and help shape what consulting becomes next, not just participate in what it has been.

Our Values

  • Be transparent and honest
  • Give more than you receive
  • Look after one another
  • Follow through

About you and the role

You are highly organised, naturally proactive and genuinely enjoy bringing people together. You love making things happen behind the scenes. Whether coordinating an executive dinner, keeping multiple stakeholders on track or ensuring every attendee has an exceptional experience, you take pride in delivering work that feels effortless to everyone else.

You'll join the Marketing team at an exciting point in Sullivan & Stanley's growth. Our communities and events sit at the heart of our go-to-market strategy, creating trusted environments where senior executives share experiences, learn from one another and build lasting relationships.

This role combines community coordination, executive engagement and event delivery. You'll support the planning and execution of our executive communities, ensuring members remain engaged, events run seamlessly and our internal community owners have the information, support and momentum they need.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
