How would you like to be part of a friendly team, being the trusted first point of contact for families, helping them identify needs, access services and navigate support pathways across Coin Street, Family Hubs and partner organisations?
Coin Street Community Builders have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, energetic and enthusiastic Community Family Navigator to join our Community Hub team.
The purpose of the role is to connect families with relevant services provided by voluntary, community and faith organisations, schools, family hubs, early years providers, and health and social care partners. Through building strong relationships with local services and families, the Community Family Navigator will promote meaningful engagement, strengthen community connections, and provide practical, compassionate support that empowers families to thrive.

Requirements
We are looking for people who have:
- A full and relevant Level 3 qualification (or above) in childhood or health studies
- Experience of working with children aged 0-5 and their families
- Knowledge of trauma-informed practice, adverse childhood experiences and their impact on families
- Experience of working with a range of professionals and community organisations
- A positive, proactive and enthusiastic attitude
- A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- Experience using IT, database and other computer-based applications.

Contract
- Permanent, Part-Time, 28 hours per week (Monday to Thursday).
Salary
- £28,853 per annum (£36,066 FTE)
