Community & Fan Engagement Officer

Location: Fully remote, with occasional travel to local community football drops

Hours: Part-time initially, with room to grow as we do

About Found Football

Found Football is a non-profit on a simple mission: get more children active by dropping free footballs in the local parks and playing fields that need them most.

Our approach is deliberately simple: put a ball at a child's feet and see what happens. No QR codes, no sign-out sheets, no barriers—just pure play. We are building a community around this idea to encourage families to get outside, enjoy their local spaces, and fall in love with the game.

The Role

We’re looking for a friendly, creative Community & Fan Engagement Officer to help us connect with people both online and on the ground.

This isn't about managing complex corporate systems—it’s about people. You’ll be the voice of Found Football, chatting with families at football drops, capturing real stories, keeping our social media vibrant, and helping us spread the word.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You’ll Do

  • Connect with Communities: Be a warm, welcoming face at our football drops, talk to families, and help organise fun, accessible local activities.
  • Bring Our Socials to Life: Keep the conversation going on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Answer messages, share photos from our drops, and encourage families to post their own stories.
  • Tell Great Stories: Snap photos and quick videos at events to show the real impact a simple football can have on a neighborhood.
  • Help Us Grow: Build friendly relationships with local schools, grassroots clubs, and potential partners or sponsors who want to support what we do.
  • Bring Your Own Ideas: We don't want a robot following instructions. If you think of a cool competition, a new event idea, or a better way to reach kids, we want to hear it!

About You

You do not need years of experience or a stacked CV to apply. Personality, energy, and a genuine heart for helping kids play matter far more to us.

What Success Looks Like

We don't measure success in cold metrics or follower counts. Success to us means more children outside playing, more families sharing their stories, and more footballs in the hands of kids who need them.
