🌟 Community Fundraiser | East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH)
📍 Milton Hospice, CB24 6AB
🗺️ Covering Cambridgeshire & West Essex
⏰ Full Time | 37.5 hours per week
🤝 Part-time applications also considered (minimum 30 hours per week)
💼 Permanent
💷 £26,000 FTE per annum (pro rata for part-time hours)
Join East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH) and help support fundraising activity across Cambridgeshire & West Essex. Working with supporters, volunteers, community groups and local organisations, you'll help raise vital funds and awareness for children and young people receiving hospice care and their families.
Working closely with the Senior Community Fundraiser and wider fundraising team, you'll help develop fundraising opportunities, support volunteers, attend community events and provide a positive experience for supporters throughout their fundraising journey.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with supporters, community groups and local organisations
- Encourage and support individuals and groups with fundraising activities
- Help achieve fundraising objectives across the region
- Represent EACH at community events, presentations and hospice tours
- Support and coordinate fundraising volunteers
- Contribute ideas to help develop inclusive and engaging fundraising activities
- Work collaboratively with fundraising, marketing & other teams
- Maintain accurate supporter information and records using database systems

👤 About You
- Experience in a customer, client or community-facing role
- Experience building and maintaining effective relationships
- Effective communication and listening skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel & Teams
- An interest in the charity sector and community fundraising
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues and volunteers
🚗 Additional Information
- Full driving licence and access to transport to travel throughout the region
- Flexibility to attend occasional evening and weekend events
- Part-time applications will be considered (minimum 30 hours per week)
- Salary will be pro rata for part-time hours
