We're looking for community-minded volunteers to help grow our network of Community Fundraising Volunteers across your local area.
Operate behind-the-scenes and help grow and maintain our network of Collection Hosts and Collection Box Coordinators.
This is a flexible, rewarding opportunity that fits around your lifestyle. From chatting with local business owners and community groups to supporting activity behind the scenes, you'll be part of a welcoming team of volunteers who share a passion for making a positive impact close to home.
Availability: Totally flexible to suit your lifestyle
Time: Can be arranged around your existing availability to suit you
Locations: Various locations across all of Northern Ireland available
Criteria: Aged 18 or over. Access to public transport or own transport is beneficial but not required

What you'll do:
- Identify local businesses, shops, cafés, and community venues that may be interested in hosting a collection box
- Support the recruitment of new volunteer collectors
- Build positive relationships with local businesses and community members
- Deliver, check, and collect donation boxes when required
- Recognise and thank businesses and individuals for their support
- Act as a local ambassador for Marie Curie within your community
- Help maximise income from collection boxes/tins to support our vital work
