What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Community Fundraising Manager to grow income from community supporters, groups, and people giving in memory. You’ll help create engaging fundraising opportunities, build strong local relationships, and ensure every supporter feels valued.

Your Role
You’ll lead community, individual, and in-memory fundraising activity, turning plans into practical campaigns that inspire people to support Thames Valley Air Ambulance. This role combines relationship building, income growth, supporter care, and data-led decision-making.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading community, individual, and in-memory fundraising plans.
- Growing income through supporter relationships, fundraising products, and local partnerships.
- Creating positive supporter journeys across digital, phone, post, and face-to-face contact.
- Managing budgets, forecasts, targets, and reporting.
- Using data and insight to improve fundraising activity.
- Coaching and supporting the Community Fundraising Officer.

About You
You’ll be an organized, confident, and empathetic fundraiser who can build relationships, manage priorities, and make sound decisions. You’ll be motivated by community fundraising and committed to delivering excellent supporter experiences.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience in community, in-memory, events, or relationship-led fundraising.
- Can plan, monitor, and evaluate fundraising activity.
- Has achieved income targets and managed budgets or forecasts.
- Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships.
- Uses CRM systems and Microsoft Office confidently.
- Can work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends, and has a UK driving license with access to transport.
