The Role
We are looking for a self-driven Community Growth Manager to recruit trading educators and community holders onto the Kiroex platform.
This is a commission-only contractor role. You are not an employee. You set your own hours. Your income is directly tied to the results you generate — and there is no ceiling on what you can earn.
What You Will Do
- 🎯 Identify and approach trading educators and community holders across YouTube, Instagram, Twitter/X, Telegram, and Discord
- 🎯 Build genuine relationships with potential educators and walk them through what their community could look like on Kiroex
- 🎯 Personally onboard every educator you recruit — from signup to their first live community
- 🎯 Support your educators in their first 30 days so their community activates and members start subscribing
- 🎯 Refer members and traders to the platform through your own network
- 🎯 Manage your own pipeline and report weekly on progress

How You Earn
Your income comes entirely from the Kiroex affiliate programme.
You earn a percentage of every subscription generated by every person you refer — educators, members, and traders — every month, for as long as they remain on the platform.
This is passive and compounding income. An educator with 50 members paying £200/month generates £10,000/month in community subscriptions. Kiroex takes a 10% platform fee. You earn a percentage of that — automatically, every month, without additional work.
The more active educators you recruit, the more consistent and substantial your monthly income becomes.
Who We Are Looking For
✅ You have a genuine connection to the trading, forex, crypto, or financial education community
✅ You are comfortable with outreach — you are not afraid to send the first message and follow up
✅ You are self-directed — nobody will manage you day to day. Your results are your income.
✅ You communicate clearly and professionally in writing

✅ You are organised enough to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
✅ You understand that commission income builds over 30-60 days and you are willing to invest that time
Bonus if you:
⭐ Already run or are part of trading communities
⭐ Have a social media following in the trading or finance space
⭐ Have experience in business development, sales, or community growth
⭐ Have previously worked with a trading educator
The Contract
This is a self-employed contractor engagement with Kiroex Ltd. You are responsible for your own tax and accounting. Commission is paid monthly on confirmed subscriptions. Full terms provided at point of engagement.
