This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Customer Support, Community Investment and Social Purpose functions, bringing together specialist support services, community programmes and funding opportunities to create meaningful outcomes for our customers.
As Community Impact Lead, you'll shape the strategic direction of services that help customers overcome challenges, build resilience and maintain successful tenancies. From leading complex support programmes and developing community investment initiatives, to securing external funding and building strong partnerships, you'll play a pivotal role in improving lives across the communities we serve.
We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with a genuine passion for people. You'll be a confident leader, comfortable using insight and data to drive decisions, while also understanding the importance of empathy, collaboration and customer-centred services.
This role offers the opportunity to influence how we deliver support across the organisation, lead talented teams through an exciting period of development, and create measurable social impact at scale. You'll work closely with colleagues, local authorities, charities, funders and other partners to ensure our customers receive the support they need to succeed.
- You'll work across our full portfolio throughout London and the South East, with regular travel to attend meetings, events and meet with colleagues and partners.
- You'll be expected to attend the office and other locations when needed to support the role and build effective relationships.
The role is advertised with Ealing as the base location, although we're happy to discuss an alternative A2Dominion office location closer to your home.

More About You
- Degree-level qualification, equivalent professional qualification or substantial relevant experience in tenancy sustainment, financial inclusion, community investment, commissioning, social policy or a related field
- Significant leadership experience within tenancy sustainment, financial inclusion, community investment, commissioning or related customer support services
- Experience of leading complex casework through multi-agency pathways, developing and implementing support plans, and measuring outcomes
- Experience of commissioning and managing external providers, alongside fundraising, bid development and monitoring performance and impact
- Experience of leading managers and multidisciplinary teams through service improvement and organisational change
- Strong knowledge of welfare benefits, income maximisation, grants and hardship support, with an understanding of tenancy sustainment from pre-tenancy through to crisis and longer-term support
- Strong data literacy, with the ability to use performance information, dashboards, case and referral systems to support evidence-led decision-making
- Good knowledge of commissioning and procurement, including service specifications, SLAs, KPIs, compliance, contract management and value for money
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, information sharing, GDPR, equality impacts, consumer standards and relevant governance requirements
- Excellent strategic leadership, communication, relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills
- Experience of trauma-informed practice, motivational interviewing or other strengths-based approaches
