Community Impact Manager
Contract: Fixed-Term (January 2027 to December 2027)
Location: Wentworth, Surrey, with travel across the UK and Ireland
The European Tour Group is one of the world's leading golf organisations. We are responsible for the DP World Tour, HotelPlanner Tour and Staysure Legends Tour, and alongside the PGA of America, we co-organise golf's greatest team competition, the Ryder Cup.
At the heart of our sustainability strategy is Golf for Good, our commitment to delivering lasting positive impact in the communities, countries and destinations we visit. Through Golf for Good, we work closely with tournaments, venues, partners, charities and local organisations to drive meaningful outcomes across two key pillars:
Environmental Responsibility
Community Impact
We're looking for a passionate and proactive Community Impact Manager to help deliver this vision.
The Opportunity
As Community Impact Manager, you will play a leading role in delivering the community and health pillars of the Golf for Good programme. You will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful grassroots golf, education, health and charity initiatives across selected DP World Tour events and markets.
Working as part of the Sustainability & Impact team, you'll build and manage partnerships that bring expertise, investment and innovation into our programmes, ensuring every activation creates meaningful benefits for local communities.
This is a hands-on role that combines project management, stakeholder engagement and event delivery. You'll work closely with colleagues across Championship Management, Marketing, Content, Digital and Strategy, while building strong relationships with schools, community organisations, governing bodies, charitable partners and commercial stakeholders.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with a wide range of people and is passionate about creating positive social impact through sport.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
