Due to continued growth in our Clinical Homecare Nursing service, we're looking for an enthusiastic and patient-focused Community IV Nurse to join our team.

This is an opportunity to deliver specialist, one-to-one nursing care in patients' own homes, helping people receive the treatment they need while maintaining their independence.

Working in partnership with NHS teams and healthcare professionals, you'll provide specialist IV therapies and Parenteral Nutrition (PN) while developing your skills within a supportive clinical team.

What you'll be doing

• Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centred care in patients' homes and community settings.
• Administer prescribed Parenteral Nutrition, IV therapies and clinical interventions.
• Assess patients, monitor their condition and escalate clinical concerns appropriately.
• Support patients transitioning from hospital to treatment at home.
• Educate and empower patients, families and carers to safely manage treatment and build independence.
• Provide clinical advice and support while developing strong relationships with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Work collaboratively with NHS colleagues, Senior Homecare Nurses, Clinical Nurse Managers and wider healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and work in line with Clinical Governance, NMC standards and Inizio policies.
• Maintain and develop your clinical skills through training, CPD, reflective practice and evidence-based care.
