About Everyone’s Invited
Everyone’s Invited is a movement dedicated to tackling rape culture through conversation, education, and systemic change. We are committed to creating safe spaces for survivors to share their experiences and driving meaningful change in communities, schools, and workplaces. We recognise that sexual violence and oppression are shaped by intersecting systems of power, including race, gender identity, sexuality, disability, class, and migration status. We are committed to building a workplace and movement that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve and centres those most impacted.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Community Lead to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of fundraising and communications, working across both teams to leverage our community to generate income and lead community fundraising campaigns and initiatives. We're looking for someone with a proven track record in generating community income, who is passionate about the value of creative and alternative revenue streams, and who will play a vital part in helping us raise the funds needed to deliver our mission of eradicating rape culture.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
