About the Role

World Jewish Relief provides life-saving and life-changing action to people in crisis around the world. We work with our trusted local partners to help people survive the consequences of conflict and disaster, to thrive and rebuild their lives. We deliver programmes using our expertise, with urgency to achieve maximum and sustainable impact for those within and beyond our community.

We are seeking a Community Lead to establish and lead World Jewish Relief’s approach to engagement across Jewish communal life in the UK and beyond. This is a new and pivotal role with a remit to significantly increase World Jewish Relief’s visibility, relevance, influence and sustained engagement across the breadth of the Jewish community. You will develop the strategy, identify priority audiences and institutions, and build senior relationships and partnerships that connect more people with our mission.

Synagogues, schools and established communal organisations will form an important backbone of this work, alongside universities and student bodies, youth movements, cultural and heritage institutions, professional and special-interest networks, regional communities, community leaders and other places where Jewish life and identity are expressed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
