Job Description
As the first go-to-market hire at Machenta, you will build the community and developer relations function from scratch. You'll win the hearts and minds of robotics developers, creating a "ChatGPT moment" for physical AI. By running hackathons and crafting technical content, you'll establish Machenta as the leader in the "vibe coding" era.

What You Will Do
- Orchestrate a regular cadence of high-energy hackathons, workshops, and technical events from concept and hype generation to execution and filming.
- Expand Machenta’s social footprint by creating tutorials, example projects, and engaging content that demonstrates the power of one-shot robot learning.
- Build and own strategic relationships across universities, research labs, and hobbyist communities to establish Machenta as the "vibe coding" standard.
The ideal candidate
- Has 2+ years of experience leading community, DevRel, or growth initiatives for technical products, ideally within the AI or hardware space.
- Possesses strong technical communication skills and the ability to translate complex frontier models into accessible, engaging narratives for a developer audience.
- Demonstrates a proactive, high-energy mindset with a genuine passion for robotics, comfortable acting as the public-facing voice of a high-growth startup.
