About Qube
The Qube is the world’s first members’ studio for content creators. Merging a meaningful community of a members’ club with the magic of a creative studio and the convenience of a co-working space. Our curated community of musicians, producers, podcasters, YouTubers, artists, photographers, and creative entrepreneurs share a membership that celebrates diversity and inclusivity.
With four London sites open, home to a thriving community of hundreds of professional creators across the creative disciplines, we’re now growing quickly to multiple exciting new venues. Our newest and most ambitious site opens in Shoreditch in 2026.
The Role
As Weekend Community Lead at Qube Shoreditch, you'll be the face of the building on Saturdays and Sundays, delivering a best-in-class membership experience, building genuine relationships with members, and supporting them in their creative journey with Qube.
This is a hands-on, weekend-only role spanning front of house, hospitality, and building operations. You'll keep things running smoothly across the weekend and hand over cleanly to the weekday team, working closely with the Community Manager to keep the member experience consistent throughout the week.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
