The Best in You Brings Out the Best in Me

Join Enable and help create a more inclusive society where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Enable is a dynamic and values-driven organisation dedicated to improving the lives of people with learning disabilities. We are passionate about ensuring that people have the same opportunities, choices, and rights as everyone else, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Community Link Worker to join our team.

As part of our Communities Team, you will play a key role in delivering two exciting projects across the Scottish Borders. The first project focuses on promoting digital inclusion, supporting adults with learning disabilities and other barriers to develop the skills and confidence needed to access technology and digital services. The second project aims to promote accessible travel, empowering people to navigate their local communities with greater independence and confidence.

In this rewarding role, you will design and deliver engaging programmes and activities that support individuals to develop practical skills, build confidence, and increase their independence. Through person-centred support, you will help participants strengthen their communication skills, expand their social networks, improve their health and wellbeing, and enhance their ability to access opportunities within their local communities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
