Role: Community Macmillan Clinical Nurse Specialist Team Leader
We are seeking an experienced nurse leader to lead our Community Macmillan Clinical Nurse Specialist (CMCNS) Team across Tayside.
Key Responsibilities
- Influence and shape specialist palliative care services
- Provide clinical leadership for a highly skilled team
- Support patients and families affected by cancer and other life-shortening illnesses
- Combine advanced clinical expertise with team leadership, service development, quality improvement, and partnership working across health and social care services
Requirements
- Experienced registered nurse
- Extensive specialist palliative care experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care
- Registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register
