Company Description
Veritas Creative is a content marketing company managing brands in the wellness, relationships, and personal development space. We create and distribute social media, video, podcast, and educational content that reaches a large online audience.
Role Description
We’re looking for a full-time Social Media Community Manager to manage day-to-day audience engagement across social media channels. This is not primarily a posting or scheduling role. Your focus will be the conversations happening after content goes live: responding to comments and DMs, engaging with followers, answering questions, moderating discussions, identifying potential leads, and helping build stronger relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to a high volume of comments and DMs across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook every day.
- Write natural, thoughtful responses that accurately reflect the brand's voice, perspective, and communication style.
- Understand the context and intent behind comments and use good judgment to decide when to reply, engage, moderate, ignore, or escalate.
- Proactively engage with followers to encourage meaningful conversations and strengthen relationships with the brand’s audience.
- Maintain a consistent voice across different platforms and types of interactions.
- Identify potential leads and signs of buying intent within comments and DMs, and guide people toward the appropriate next step when relevant.
- Answer common audience questions and direct people to relevant resources, programs, courses, or offers.
- Handle criticism, disagreement, emotionally charged conversations, trolls, and sensitive topics with maturity and good judgment.
- Identify recurring questions, objections, audience sentiment, content feedback, and emerging themes, and share useful insights with the team.
- Work closely with the Social Media, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure audience engagement supports broader content and business goals.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
