About Monopoly Comps
Monopoly Comps is an officially licensed UK prize competition platform created in direct collaboration with Hasbro and Monopoly. We combine the world’s most iconic board game brand with the fast-paced excitement of digital competitions. From cash jackpots and luxury real estate rewards to exclusive experiences, Monopoly Comps gives UK players a chance to own it all.
The Role
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and highly articulate Community Manager to build, nurture, and scale our online community from the ground up.
As the voice and personality of Monopoly Comps across social media, community forums, and live interactive channels, you will be responsible for turning casual players into loyal brand advocates. You will work closely with our marketing and compliance teams to maintain a vibrant, safe, and engaging environment that respects the premium status of the Hasbro/Monopoly brand.
Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement & Moderation
- Build & Host Digital Spaces: Manage dedicated community hubs (Facebook Groups, Instagram, Discord, WhatsApp Channels).
- Live Stream Hosting: Host live prize draws, interactive Q&A sessions, game nights, and giveaway reveals with high energy and professional charisma.
- Daily Moderation: Monitor discussions, enforce group rules, foster positive interactions, and maintain high standards of customer trust and safe play.

Content Creation & Social Copy
- Tone of Voice: Craft witty, engaging, and brand-compliant social posts, poll questions, memes, and community announcements centered around Monopoly themes (Properties, Chance Cards, Go to Jail, etc.).
- Player Spotlights: Interview and highlight winners, create authentic user-generated content (UGC), and feature community milestones.
- Promotional Campaigns: Draft copy for flash giveaways, tier-based competitions, and exclusive member perks.
Customer Care & Advocacy
- First Line Support: Respond promptly and empathetically to community inquiries, technical questions, and feedback across all channels.
- Customer Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the player within the business, providing actionable insights to product and marketing teams to improve player experience.
- Trust & Transparency: Clearly communicate competition rules, draw mechanics, and verification procedures to reinforce credibility and trust.
Growth & Strategy
- Growth Tactics: Develop community-driven referral incentives, interactive contests, and loyalty programs to drive organic acquisition and retention.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key engagement metrics (active members, sentiment, retention rates, live stream views) and optimize tactics accordingly.

Key Requirements
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience as a Social Media/Community Manager, preferably in UK online competitions, iGaming, esports, or consumer entertainment brands.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written English and strong on-camera presence for live draws and video content.
- Platform Expertise: Native fluency in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and live-streaming software.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work evening or weekend hours to host scheduled live draws and manage peak community activity.
- Passion for the Brand: Genuine enthusiasm for the Monopoly universe and digital gaming culture.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary (£35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience) + performance bonus.
