Responsibilities
- Member Support: Address member enquiries, requests, and feedback promptly.
- Resident Engagement: Build strong relationships with members, understand their needs, and create valuable connections.
- Workspace Management: Oversee the building, ensuring smooth operations, coordinating with maintenance, and managing occupancy.
- Customer Service & Sales: Assist in onboarding new members and ensuring high retention rates.
- Administrative Duties: Handle invoicing, contract management, and operational tasks.

What We Offer
- 💰 Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per year
- 🕘 Hours: Mon-Thurs 9-6, Fri 9-5
- 🎄 Holidays: Paid Bank Holidays, plus Xmas & New Year Break
- 🤧 Sick Leave: Up to 5 paid sick days per year
