Responsibilities

  • Member Support: Address member enquiries, requests, and feedback promptly.
  • Resident Engagement: Build strong relationships with members, understand their needs, and create valuable connections.
  • Workspace Management: Oversee the building, ensuring smooth operations, coordinating with maintenance, and managing occupancy.
  • Customer Service & Sales: Assist in onboarding new members and ensuring high retention rates.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle invoicing, contract management, and operational tasks.

What We Offer

  • πŸ’° Salary: Β£26,000 - Β£29,000 per year
  • πŸ•˜ Hours: Mon-Thurs 9-6, Fri 9-5
  • πŸŽ„ Holidays: Paid Bank Holidays, plus Xmas & New Year Break
