Fancy running your own building?

This is a chance to take full ownership of a residential community in Ashford, Kent. You’d have real autonomy, a Monday to Friday routine, and the backing of one of the biggest names in rental housing.

About our client

Our client is one of the world’s largest residential rental operators, managing thousands of homes across the UK and internationally. They care about creating communities where residents feel looked after, and they have the structure, systems and support of a major business behind every site.

The role

As Community Manager, you’ll be the face of the building and the only member of staff on site. That means you own the day to day: residents, performance and how the place feels to live in. You’ll work alongside an on-site facilities manager who looks after maintenance and an external leasing partner who handles lettings, with support from a regional operations manager. It’s Monday to Friday, daytime hours.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
