Qualifications
- Strong skills in social media management, online community engagement, and audience interaction.
- Experience with content creation and curation for digital channels, including basic copywriting and visual content coordination.
- Ability to monitor online conversations, track brand sentiment, and support reputation management initiatives.
- Comfort with using analytics tools to report on engagement, reach, and community growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a clear, professional, and empathetic tone.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across marketing, PR, and operations teams.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience in community management, social media, digital marketing, or customer support is preferred.
- Understanding of online reputation risks, crisis communication, and brand protection is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field is beneficial, or equivalent practical experience.
