Social Community Manager | Leo Burnett UK

We believe in the power of populist creativity to help brands grow and have done so for some of the world’s most iconic brands including McDonald’s & Kellogg’s. We also believe in the power of a strong culture that puts people and creativity at the heart of everything we do. Our guiding principles are simple: be open, be generous, be curious.

We pride ourselves on a genuinely friendly and informal style where everyone’s invited. The happiest people and most exciting places are also the most creative in our industry, and Leo Burnett has both of these, alongside a real passion for great ideas. Together, this makes it an outstanding agency for people to ply their craft.

Leo Burnett London has won a lot of awards – we regularly sit at the top of the tables for creative awards both in the UK and globally. We are a truly integrated creative agency and strongly believe that a great idea can live anywhere.

Job Description...

We’re looking for a highly motivated, organised and creative Social Media and Community Manager to be the voice, ears and brain between our brands and their communities.

This role is deeply rooted in understanding the people and fandoms where our brands can thrive. From managing comments and DMs with care and personality, to proactively engaging with creators, partners and cultural communities beyond our own channels, you’ll help grow and sustain vibrant, engaged communities where our brands feel relevant, human and present.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
