Community Manager – Health & Wellness Consumer Business

Lancashire x 3 - 5 days in the office

Up to £45k + Bonus, Healthcare & Pension

A high-growth health & wellness consumer business is hiring a Community Manager to take ownership of a uniquely engaged but currently under-leveraged audience. With a significant amount of active members in thriving Facebook & Instagram groups, this is a rare opportunity to build, shape and scale a community function from the ground up.

No one currently owns community management. You will be the first hire—the builder, the owner, the person who can say “I built this.” If you’re energised by wellness culture, obsessed with audience behaviour, and excited by the idea of turning an already-active community into a strategic growth engine, this role has real impact.

The Role

You’ll manage day-to-day engagement across social platforms, nurture the “day one” audience, and expand reach into new spaces. Meta is the current home base, but Reddit and other forums are less active—part of your remit is to explore where the brand should show up next.

Your north star: no one should feel left behind as the brand grows. You’ll balance retention of the loyal core community with expansion into new verticals and new platforms.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
