Community Manager

We are looking for a Community Manager to support the social media presence of an international food brand across the UK and France.

We’re looking for someone who understands social media, internet culture and community building — and who can help us create relevant conversations with multicultural audiences. This is not just a publishing role. We’re looking for someone who can listen, react, engage and identify the cultural conversations that matter to our communities.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and engage with our social media communities
  • Publish and adapt content for Instagram and other relevant social platforms
  • Respond to comments, messages and community conversations
  • Identify relevant trends, cultural moments, creators and conversations
  • Propose reactive and community-led content opportunities
  • Support social campaigns and activations
  • Work alongside social, creative and influencer teams
  • Monitor community feedback and identify what content is resonating

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
